Kids at Victory Family Church

We want your kids to love church! That’s why we do our best to create a fun, welcoming place where kids can build a strong foundation of faith. Whether they’re hearing about Jesus for the first time or growing deeper in their relationship with Him, we aim to partner with families to help kids know and grow in Jesus.

In VFKids, we want every child to feel safe and cared for. Through worship, Bible stories, and small group time, we help kids understand who Jesus is, how much He loves them, and how they can live for Him every day. Our experiences are designed to meet kids where they are and walk alongside them as they grow in their faith and build a lasting foundation in Jesus.

Our VFKids Classes

Every Sunday and Wednesday at your campus.

Early Childhood (Birth - Preschool)

Preschoolers love to learn and love to play. We provide both opportunities in our colorful, uniquely designed classrooms. From the moment you drop them off, they experience safe, age-appropriate ministry designed specifically with them in mind. Every week, we use illustrative lessons, video, music, and games to teach bite-size truths from the Bible.

Lower Elementary (K - 2nd)

Elementary aged kids love to learn, love to have fun, and love to build relationships. We provide those opportunities in our K2 experiences. From the moment you drop them off, they experience safe, age-appropriate ministry designed specifically with them in mind. With both our large group and small group design, we provide both high energized praise and worship, engaging Bible stories, and small group activities that allow kids to build relationships with other kids their age. Week after week, your kid will want to come back to church. We have a blast.

Upper Elementary (3rd - 5th)

3•45 Ministry is for preteens going into the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. This ministry is designed to combine the best of both worlds, by giving preteens time to act older and also time to still be a kid before entering their teens. 3•45 kids will experience an environment where they can develop friendships with other kids their age and friendships with leaders who mentor them. Kids will have a large group experience with Bible teaching, video, live worship, object lessons, and games. They will also experience small groups, where the Bible teaching is applied to real life. This ministry is designed just for this unique age group- so that it will keep preteens engaged at church and generate excitement around their growing faith!

Comrades (Special Needs - Norman and Shawnee Only)

Every Sunday, during our 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. experiences at our Norman campus, and our 10 a.m. experience at our Shawnee campus, we have a Comrades class which is designed specifically for our friends with special needs. We want every child, as well as his or her family, to feel loved and uniquely cared for while in our classroom. From the moment you drop them off, our loving and caring volunteers teach Bible truths and play fun games in a comfortable atmosphere.

VFKids <span class="highlight-text">Crew</span>

VFKids Crew

VFKids Crew is our VFKids leadership program for kids 3rd-6th grade. Kids crew is a fun opportunity for kids to connect and serve within VFKids experiences. It is also a learning experience and a time to grow and help instill responsibility in your child. Before signing up for Kids Crew please be sure that your child understands this position comes with responsibility and expectation of leadership to their peers. All kids who serve must also attend an experience in K2 or 3•45 separate from the one they serve.

We are excited for all of the things God is doing in VFKids and we can’t wait to have your child join the Kids Crew team.

Parents, We've got resources for you!

Frequently Asked Questions

The check-in process for our kids ministry is designed to be quick, secure, and hassle-free for parents. When you arrive, you'll sign your child in at the check-in station, where you will receive a name tag for your child with a unique security code, and parents will get a matching pick-up tag. This system helps us keep track of every child and ensures that only the authorized person can pick them up after service. We take security seriously, so you can rest assured that your child is in good hands while you enjoy the experience!

We take your child's safety seriously, so we’ve put several precautions in place to make sure they’re well taken care of. All of our volunteers undergo thorough background checks to ensure they are trustworthy and qualified to work with kids. Additionally, we require all kids volunteers to complete a Ministry Defender training course to equip our volunteers with the knowledge they need to respond to any situation appropriately. We love your kids, and their safety is our #1 priority.

We encourage children to attend our kids ministry rather than the adult service because it’s specifically designed to meet their needs and help them grow in their faith. Our kids ministry offers fun, interactive lessons that are age-appropriate and engaging, helping them learn in a way that resonates with them. It’s a great opportunity for children to build friendships and experience God’s love in a kid-friendly environment, and helps ensure that both children and adults can fully participate in their respective services without distractions.

We are so excited that you are interested in dedicating your child! Dedicating your child reflects your desire to guide your children spiritually, & shows your dedication to nurturing their faith.
